What type of glue should I use to re-attach my mirrors? Question: i recently picked up some vintage mirrors at a sale and removed the mirror from the wooden frames to spray paint white. now i'm wondering what type of glue would be best to use to re-attach the mirrors to the frames. i should point out that the mirrors are circular and measure 14" in diameter. How can i decorate my room like a vintage victorian kinda thing? Where can I find a black rod iron vintage standing full length mirror? Question: Okay, so, theres a lot of details. My sisters redoing her room and it's black, zebra, and hot pink. The thing is, she has NO mirror in her room, which means she's always in someone else's room, using theirs. She has a vintage black designer chandelier, and we wanted something to match that. There is usually one in any town, no matter how small and they are expert at replacing glass and mirrors that get broken. Bet they can fix yours. |

Where can I find circular mirrors that will fit into a compact? Question: I'm cleaning up a vintage compact and the mirror is damaged so I tossed it with the idea that I would replace it. All I need is a circular mirror with a diameter of one inch. Thanks to anyone who can help! Answer: You can try hobby lobby or a Michaels or a major craft store. If that doeant work then have one made at a local glass shop. |

Where is the best flea market in Maryland for real vintage items? Question: I'm looking for a good place to find very cheap fixer upper items such as picture frames and mirrors in Maryland. Preferably Southern Maryland, but I am willing to travel. I am not looking for vintage items that are already fixed up. Answer: Anywhere toward Ocean City, MD. My husband and I used to live in Annapolis (a few years ago) and we went to ocean city a few times, the one thing i always noticed is how many antique / flea market shops out there! It's really crazy, your driving and its all open land for the most part and then it's just out of the blue. Anyway sorry I can't tell you the exact name of the towns they were all in but it should at least give you a direction to look around it, google it. Good luck. |
